Within the traditional engineering sectors broad design, production and supply principles apply. However, we understand that no two customers are the same and each demand services most suited to their needs. Our involvement in providing fasteners at prototype stage through to full scale production means that we fully appreciate the importance of developing and maintaining long term relationships with both customers and suppliers. As a result the range of industries and markets the group supply continues to grow as we apply the principles we have learned on previous projects.

More recently worldwide investment in energy has allowed the group to capitalise on projects worldwide. Many of our customers are involved in power generation such as coal, gas and nuclear power stations together with renewables such as wind, wave and tidal. We also supply to the power transmission side on the fabrication and erection of towers and construction of sub-stations.

McLean Buchanan and Wilson supply fasteners to OEM's, General Engineering and Heavy Maintenance. In addition, manufacturers of pumps, valves, fans, compressors, heavy automotive equipment, cranes and other materials handling equipment have all benefited from our service.
