Sidra Trees Project 2006 (Qatar)

The Challenge

Requirement for a range of M30 galvanized DIN 6914/15/16 10.9 fasteners with a requirement for some M60 special studs.

Solution

• On a very tight delivery program, a range of M30 bolting was produced and packed suitable for export to Qatar
• During this same period, Cooper and Turner also worked with the steel contractor to develop a special M60 diameter stud.
• Material was obtained and heat treated then threaded to the clients drawing. The studs were then galvanized, packed and ready to ship to Qatar.
• This was all produced and shipped within the clients delivery deadline
